Supply Desk is a nationwide education recruitment company specialising in Primary, SEND, and Secondary education. We place our support staff in day-to-day and long-term placements across a wide range of Primary and Secondary schools in Brighton andamp; Hove, East Sussex, and West Sussex.

We are currently seeking dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistants and Support Staff for roles starting from September in the Heathfield area. Positions are available for both day-to-day cover and longer-term assignments, with part-time and full-time flexibility.

Key Responsibilities:

  Support the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons

• 
  

  Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils, including those with additional needs

• 
  

  Assist with classroom preparation and general administrative tasks

• 
  

  Help foster a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment

Requirements:

• 
  

  Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting preferred

• 
  

  Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• 
  

  A patient, caring, and flexible approach

• 
  

  A current, enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
