We are currently seeking dedicated and adaptable Teaching Assistants and Support Staff for full-time, long-term positionandnbsp;starting this September in the High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire area. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a meaningful impact in a school setting, supporting students and teachers throughout the academic year.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist the class teacher in delivering dynamic and engaging lessons.
- Provide one-to-one and group support to pupils, including those with additional needs.
- Assist with classroom setup, preparation, and day-to-day administrative tasks.
- Support creating a safe, nurturing, and positive learning environment.
Key Requirements:
- Prior experience supporting children in a school or educational setting (desirable).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A calm, compassionate and responsive to changing needs.
- A current, enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply).
