About the Role:

• Collaborate with teachers to implement individual learning plans for students.
• Support students both in and outside the classroom to help them access the curriculum.
• Assist with studentsandrsquo; social, emotional, and behavioural development.
• Supervise students during breaks, trips, lunches etc.
• Help create and adapt learning materials for studentsandrsquo; specific needs.
• Monitor and track student progress, offering feedback to the teaching team.

The ideal candidate will:

• Prior experience supporting children in a school or comparable environment is desirable.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A compassionate, adaptable, and patient attitude.
• Possession of a current enhanced DBS registered on the update service, or willingness to obtain one.
