This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a nurturing environment and is committed to helping young learners thrive. The role will primarily involve supporting pupils across Key Stage 1 and/or Key Stage 2, working closely with class teachers to deliver engaging and effective learning experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
andnbsp;
- Supporting pupils in small groups and on a one-to-one basis
- Assisting with classroom activities and lesson preparation
- Promoting positive behaviour and inclusion
- Providing feedback to teachers and contributing to pupil progress tracking
- Supporting children with additional needs where required
andnbsp;
Desirable Experience andamp; Skills:
andnbsp;
- Previous experience working in a primary school setting
- A relevant Level 2 or Level 3 Teaching Assistant qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A caring and patient approach
- A genuine enthusiasm for working with children
andnbsp;
