Whatandrsquo;s the job£
Weandrsquo;re looking for an enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to work throughout the Primary phases with small groups to fill any gaps in learning they may have. You may also be asked to work 1:1 with children with additional needs such as ASC, ADHD, SEMH and other needs.

Who are you£

• Experience working in a school as a Teaching Assistant
• CACHE level 2 (desired)
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• A passion for helping children thrive

Key Responsibilities:

• Support in delivering high-quality learning experiences for all pupils.
• Experience of working with Primary aged children
• Have high expectations for learning and behaviour, inspiring and motivating children.
• Provide nurturing and supportive care, particularly for children with complex needs.
• Make learning an exciting and positive experience.
• Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, carers, and staff.
• Be willing to contribute to school life beyond the classroom, including events and activities
