Weandrsquo;re looking for caring, proactive Teaching Assistants to support pupils in schools across Horsham and the surrounding areas. Whether youandrsquo;re after a full-time role or prefer flexible, day-to-day work, this is a brilliant opportunity to make a genuine impactandmdash;supporting children from early years right through to secondary school.

What youandrsquo;ll be doing:

• Helping teachers deliver engaging lessons and activities
• Supporting pupils one-on-one or in small groups to build confidence and understanding
• Creating a positive, inclusive classroom environment
• Assisting children with additional needs and tailoring support to suit them
• Encouraging good behaviour and helping pupils stay focused
• Working closely with staff to support learning and wellbeing

What weandrsquo;re looking for:

• Experience working with children (in schools or similar settings)
• A calm, patient, and flexible approach
• Confidence supporting pupils with a variety of needs
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• An Enhanced DBS on the Update Serviceandmdash;or happy to apply for one
