SEN Supply Teaching Assistant - Polegate

Pay: andpound;83.40 - andpound;95.26 per day
Hours: 08:30 andndash; 15:30
Contract Type: Day-to-Day Supply

About the Role:
We are looking for compassionate and dedicated SEN Supply Teaching Assistants (TA) to join our team in Polegate. As a Supply TA, you will provide essential support to students with special educational needs (SEN) across various schools in the area. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting children with SEN and wants a flexible working schedule.

In this role, you will assist children both in the classroom and during 1:1 or small group sessions, helping them to reach their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide tailored support to students with SEN, ensuring their individual learning needs are met.

• Assist the class teacher in creating a positive and inclusive learning environment.

• Work 1:1 or with small groups to provide additional support.

• Adapt learning materials to meet the needs of individual students.

• Support behavior management and encourage active participation in learning.

Requirements:

• Previous experience working with children with SEN is highly desirable.

• Ability to work flexibly across different schools in Polegate.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• A current DBS registered on the update service (or willingness to apply).
