Weandrsquo;re seeking dedicated Behaviour Specialist Teaching Assistants to support children in a nurture class in Eastleigh. There are 6/8 children in the class at a time who have a range of barriers to learning. Each child is working upon their own targets to build up to them re-entering a mainstream classroom.
Whether you have a background in care, personal experience, or a passion for helping othersandmdash;if you bring empathy, patience, and a resilient mindset, this role could be your next step.

- Experience working with children or adults with barriers to learning

- A current enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different needs and learning styles
