We are currently seeking committed, full-time Teaching Assistants and Support Staff for placements starting from September in Seaford. These roles are perfect for individuals seeking stability and the chance to make a genuine impact in primary classroom settings.

Key Responsibilities:
Support the class teacher in delivering creative and engaging lessons
Provide 1:1 and small group support, including to pupils with additional needs
Assist with classroom setup and routine administrative tasks
Help foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive learning environment
Requirements:
Previous experience working with children in a school or similar setting preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
A patient, caring, and proactive attitude
An enhanced DBS on the update service (or willingness to apply)
