About the Role:
As a Primary Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the class teacher and helping pupils reach their full potential. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is enthusiastic, patient, and committed to fostering a positive learning environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting pupils in both group and one-to-one settings
- Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and classroom management
- Helping to create a stimulating and safe learning environment
- Providing additional support to pupils with special educational needs (SEN)
- Encouraging positive behaviour and promoting the schoolandrsquo;s values
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- Previous experience working with children in a school or educational setting (desirable)
- A genuine passion for education and child development
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to working
- A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant Certificate) is advantageous but not essential
