About the Role:
We are seeking a compassionate and proactive Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and inclusive primary school in Amersham. This role offers an excellent opportunity to support childrenandrsquo;s learning and development, working closely with teachers to create an engaging and supportive classroom environment. The successful candidate will help enhance pupilsandrsquo; educational experience and contribute to their overall wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
andbull; Support teaching staff in delivering lessons and activities
andbull; Work one-to-one or with small groups to support learning needs
andbull; Assist with classroom management and promote positive behaviour
andbull; Help prepare and organise classroom resources
andbull; Monitor and report on pupilsandrsquo; progress and wellbeing
andbull; Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support individual pupils

Qualifications andamp; Requirements:
andbull; Experience working with children in an educational or care setting (desirable but not essential)
andbull; Good communication and interpersonal skills
andbull; Patient, caring, and able to motivate children
andbull; Ability to work well as part of a team
andbull; Commitment to supporting pupil development and inclusion
