The Opportunity:

Supply Desk is working with a warm and inclusive primary school in Leavesden to recruit a Teaching Assistant who is passionate about supporting childrenandrsquo;s learning and development. Whether you have experience or are just starting out, this could be the perfect opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom.

Your Role Will Include:

• Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups across KS1 and KS2
• Assisting with planning, resources, and lesson delivery
• Helping pupils with special educational needs reach their goals
• Encouraging independence, participation, and confidence
• Promoting positive behaviour and emotional wellbeing
• Working closely with teachers and SEN staff to deliver high-quality support

£ Weandrsquo;re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has experience working with children (school or nursery setting preferred)
• Is patient, caring, and enthusiastic about learning support
• Understands classroom dynamics and SEN best practices
• Can communicate effectively with children, staff, and families
• Has or is willing to obtain an enhanced DBS check
