The successful candidate will work closely with students to help remove barriers to learning, support their academic and personal development, and promote their confidence, independence and wellbeing. Main Duties Support students to access lessons and complete classroom tasks. Provide 1:1 and small-group support where required. Help differentiate learning to meet individual needs. Support the development of literacy, numeracy, communication and social skills. Monitor students'' attention, concentration, behaviour and emotional wellbeing.
