What We''re Looking For

• Previous experience working in a secondary school setting
• Confidence supporting students one-to-one, in small groups or within the classroom
• A positive, adaptable approach and the ability to settle quickly into different school environments
• A valid enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to apply for one
• A genuine commitment to supporting young people''s learning and development
