This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is passionate about supporting young people with SEMH needs and challenging behaviour and who can build positive, trusting relationships with pupils who may have struggled in mainstream education. The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with teaching staff to support pupils both academically and emotionally. You will help create a safe, structured and positive environment where young people can develop their confidence, engagement and behaviour.
