The Role You will provide 1:1 and small-group support, helping pupils develop communication, independence, emotional regulation and life skills. About You We are looking for someone who: Has experience supporting children or young people with autism and/or SEN . Is calm, patient, caring and resilient. Can build positive relationships with pupils. Is confident supporting complex needs. Can work effectively as part of a team. Team Teach training/experience is highly desirable , although equivalent behaviour-support training will be considered. Pay -95120 per day , depending on experience, skills and training.
