Location: Worcester Start Date: ASAP Contract: Full time, long-term full academic year Pay: £90-108 Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30-15:30 We are currently recruiting a dedicated and experienced SEN Teaching Assistant to work on a full-time, long-term basis at a welcoming primary school in Redditch This SEN Teaching Assistant role will run for the full academic year and offers an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive, values-led school environment that places pupils at the heart of everything it does. The school is a friendly, inclusive primary school with a strong community ethos. Staff work closely together to ensure pupils are supported academically, socially, and emotionally. As a SEN teaching assistant, you will: Working within the nest with other senior members of staff Deliver intervention group work to support attainment and progress Provide classroom support under the direction of the class teacher Support pupils with varying abilities, including those needing additional support Help maintain a positive, engaging learning environment Work collaboratively with teachers and other teaching assistants Requirements Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification (ideal) If no qualification, a minimum of 1 year s experience working in a school is essential Previous experience as a teaching assistant in ..... full job details .....
