£95.23 – £98.67 per day

Full-time, Monday to Friday

Smart Education is currently recruiting for a Level 2 Teaching Assistant in the Birmingham area.

Job requirements:
• Relevant Level 2 Teaching Assistant qualification
• Excellent communication and written skills
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team
• Willingness to assist with moving, handling, and personal care

Role responsibilities:
• Provide tailored learning support to students aged 2–25
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Support pupils with physical needs and complex medical conditions
• Promote independence and positive behaviour in a safe environment
