Working closely with teachers, pastoral teams and SEND staff, you will play a key role in helping students access learning, develop confidence and make positive progress throughout their secondary education. Key Responsibilities Support students in lessons across a range of subjects.Work with individuals and small groups to reinforce learning and improve outcomes.Assist teachers in preparing learning resources and classroom activities.Support students with additional learning needs, including SEND and SEMH requirements.Encourage positive behaviour and engagement in line with the school''s behaviour policy.Build strong relationships with students, staff and parents to promote student success.Contribute to a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment.
