This role requires a proactive individual with a passion for supporting children with additional needs, particularly those stemming from trauma and social-emotional mental health challenges.Key Responsibilities: Assist the classroom teacher in providing tailored support for students with special educational needs (SEN).Work closely with children who have additional needs, particularly those affected by trauma and social-emotional difficulties.Create a nurturing and safe environment that fosters emotional and academic development.Support children with behavioural needs and implement strategies to support positive learning experiences.Foster strong communication with parents and other staff members to ensure the best outcomes for students.
