The primary school caters for a wide range of Special Education needs, this is a great opportunity to join a team who provide  a creative, holistic experience where each child becomes the best, most independent version of themselves.  The role: * Providing targeted support to pupils with SEND across KS1 &amp; KS2 - working one-to-one or in small groups depending on need. * Assisting class teachers and the SENDCo in implementing individual support plans, strategies and adaptations. * Supporting children to access the full curriculum, ensuring they are included, engaged, and supported academically and socially. * Promoting independence, confidence and well-being, enabling pupils to achieve their potential. * Working collaboratively with school staff, parents, and external professionals as necessary to support each child''s progress.
