This role is ideal for a Teaching Assistant who is calm under pressure, adaptable, and comfortable supporting emotional regulation.Day-to-day of the role:Provide flexible, emotionally attuned support to help the pupil access learning.Support regulation during difficult moments or transitions, particularly from preferred activities back to structured lessons.Use low-demand, non-confrontational approaches.Adjust communication style according to the pupil''s emotional presentation.Work alongside visual supports and established classroom routines.Be able to move quickly between focused pupil support and supporting a group or table as needed.Work collaboratively with the class teacher to maintain learning across the class.Occasionally support another pupil in the class with additional needs.Required...</description>
