The Role - Teaching Assistant (SEN)

You will provide targeted support to pupils, assisting with learning activities, behaviour management, and emotional support. You will work closely with teachers and SEN professionals to deliver effective interventions.

As a Teaching Assistant - SEN, you will work under an experienced and dynamic leadership team to support children with additional needs. Working alongside a talented SENDCo, you will develop and implement effective support strategies to remove barriers to learning, and deliver interventions to de-escalate situations when children become emotionally dysregulated.
