The Role - Teaching Assistant (SEN)

You will support pupils through 1:1 and small-group work, helping them engage with learning and develop key skills. The role requires strong behaviour management and the ability to adapt to pupils'' individual needs.

As a Teaching Assistant - SEN, you will receive appropriate training to become a crucial part of a dynamic support team. Working alongside the SENDCo and teaching staff, you will work to EHCPs to identify, develop and implement effective support strategies catering to the individual needs of each child.
