Teaching Assistant - Cranleigh We are currently seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive school in Cranleigh. Key Responsibilities: Provide one-to-one and small group support Assist pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN) Support teachers with lesson delivery and classroom management Supervise pupils during break times and school activities Promote a safe and nurturing classroom environment Requirements: Strong communication and interpersonal skills Patient, caring, and adaptable approach Previous experience working with children (school-based desirable) Enhanced DBS or willingness to obtain one We are committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
