Providing personalised 1:1 and small-group support, you''ll play a key role in promoting emotional wellbeing, encouraging positive behaviour, and helping pupils build the confidence and skills they need to succeed both academically and personally.  Who are we looking for?  A successful candidate would: -    Have experience working in an educational setting, whether in mainstream schools, specialist provisions, or alternative provisions.
