Teaching Assistant - Secondary Schools

We are seeking Teaching Assistants to work within secondary schools across Blackpool and The Fylde Coast.

Locations include; Fleetwood, Thornton, Bispham, Poulton, Blackpool, Lytham, Kirkahm.

This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting young people''s learning and development, including those with additional needs.

The Role:

• Support students in the classroom, both 1:1 and in small groups
• Assist teachers in delivering engaging lessons
• Provide support to students with SEND where required
• Help create a positive and inclusive learning environment
• Monitor and report on student progress

What We''re Looking For:

• Experience working with children or young people (school-based or similar)
• A patient, empathetic, and proactive approach
• Strong communication skills
• A genuine passion for supporting education
• Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
