      <description>Location: Olton | Salary: &amp;pound;150 - &amp;pound;180/day | Type: Contract | We are seeking motivated and reliable Secondary Teaching Assistants to work in schools across Birmingham. This is an excellent opportunity to support students in achieving their full potential within a dynamic classroom environment. Key Responsibilities:   Supporting teachers in delivering lessons across various subjects  Assisting students with their learning, both individually and in groups  Helping to manage classroom behaviour effectively  Providing support to students with additional needs where required  Encouraging student engagement and participation  Requirements:   Previous experience working with young people is desirable  Strong communication and interpersonal skills  Ability to build positive relationships with students and staff  A proactive and flexible approach  Why Join Us?
