Job Title: Teaching Assistant - Secondary School Location: Lincoln Salary: 95- 120 (dependent on experience) Job Type: Full-Time Start Date: New Term StartWe are seeking a dedicated, enthusiastic, and caring Teaching Assistant in Lincoln to support students across Key Stage 3 (Years 7-9) and Key Stage 4 (Years 10-11). This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about helping young people achieve their full potential and thrive both academically and personally.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport teachers in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons.Provide one-to-one and small group support to students across a range of subjects.Assist students with additional learning needs, helping them access the curriculum.Promote positive behaviour and encourage student engagement.Prepare classroom resources and assist with classroom organisation.Monitor student progress and provide feedback to teaching staff.Help create a safe, supportive, and positive learning environment.We Are Looking for Someone Who:Has experience working with secondary-aged students (desirable but not essential).Is patient, adaptable, and enthusiastic.Has excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Can work effectively as part of a team.Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.Holds GCSEs (or equivalent) in English and Maths at Grade C/4 or above.What We OfferA welcoming and supportive school community.Opportunities for professional development and training. ..... full job details .....
