We are currently seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant to join a friendly and supportive school in Liverpool. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real difference in the classroom and support pupils in reaching their full potential.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and inclusive lessons
• Work with pupils on a 1:1 basis and in small groups to reinforce learning
• Assist in the preparation of classroom materials and resources
• Help manage classroom behaviour and maintain a positive learning environment
• Provide additional support for pupils with special educational needs (SEN) where required
• Support pupils'' social and emotional development

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

• Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting (desirable)
• A caring, patient, and supportive approach
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to work effectively as part of a team
• A proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• A relevant qualification (e.g. Level 2 or 3 Teaching Assistant) is advantageous but not essential
