This role combines general classroom support, small-group interventions and 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs, including Autism. Key Responsibilities Support learning through play-based and structured activities Deliver phonics and early literacy support Provide 1:1 and small-group interventions Support pupils with Autism and additional needs Promote positive behaviour, confidence and independence Work closely with the class teacher and SENCO Requirements Experience working in Nursery or Reception Previous SEN/Autism support experience Good understanding of phonics Strong communication and teamwork skills Positive, patient and proactive approach Pay and Progression Pay ranges from -95 to -105 per day , dependent on relevant Early Years experience, SEN knowledge and intervention experience.
