Teaching Assistant Dagenham Full Time Term Time OnlySANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support a Reception class in a welcoming primary school in Dagenham.This role combines general classroom support, small-group interventions and 1:1 support for pupils with additional needs, including Autism.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport learning through play-based and structured activitiesDeliver phonics and early literacy supportProvide 1:1 and small-group interventionsSupport pupils with Autism and additional needsPromote positive behaviour, confidence and independenceWork closely with the class teacher and SENCORequirementsExperience working in Nursery or ReceptionPrevious SEN/Autism support experienceGood understanding of phonicsStrong communication and teamwork skillsPositive, patient and proactive approachPay and ProgressionPay ranges from 95 to 105 per day, dependent on relevant Early Years experience, SEN knowledge and intervention experience.
