SANZA Teaching Agency are currently recruiting on behalf of a lively primary school in Barking &amp; Dagenham. They are seeking skilled, calm and compassionate teaching assistants to join their team.     As a teaching assistant, you will work across key stage 1 and key stage 2, supporting key pupils with additional needs. The role will be full-time (term- time only) from September 2026 to July 2027.   As a teaching assistant, you will:    Provide tailored support to key students with Autism, ensuring they can access the learning material.  Enforce learning routines.  Promote independence, ensuring students learn to take responsibility for their learning journey.  Support sensory needs through various channels.
