Early Years Teaching AssistantLocation: Dagenham, East LondonContract: Temporary, Full-Time, Term-Time OnlyPay: 95- 105 per day PAYEWorking Pattern: Monday-FridaySANZA Teaching Agency is recruiting an Early Years Teaching Assistant to support a Reception class in a welcoming primary school in Dagenham.This full-time, temporary role combines general classroom support, small-group interventions and individual support for pupils with additional needs, including Autism.The RoleYou will work closely with the class teacher and SENCO to support children''s learning and development within the Reception classroom, helping to create a positive and inclusive Early Years environment.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport children''s learning through play-based and structured activitiesSupport phonics and early literacy developmentDeliver 1:1 and small-group interventions under the direction of the class teacherSupport pupils with Autism and other additional needsPromote positive behaviour, confidence and independenceHelp create an engaging and inclusive learning environmentWork closely with the class teacher, SENCO and other support staffCandidate RequirementsTo be considered for this role, candidates must have:Previous experience working with children in a Nursery, Reception or other relevant Early Years settingExperience supporting children with SEN, Autism or additional needsA good understanding of phonics and early literacyStrong communication and teamwork skillsA positive, patient and ..... full job details .....
