Key responsibilities:

• Supporting children''s academic and emotional development

• Assisting with classroom management and daily routines

• Working with pupils with autism, ADHD, or communication needs

• Leading or supporting small group and one-to-one sessions

• Helping to maintain a positive and structured learning space
