We are currently seeking dedicated Teaching Assistants to join our team and work in primary schools across Kingston and Richmond. If you''re passionate about education and can ideally commit to five days a week, we''d love to hear from you!Key Responsibilities:Support class teachers in delivering engaging lessons across various primary year groupsAssist with classroom management and provide one-to-one or small group support to pupilsHelp prepare and organise learning materials and resourcesEncourage positive behaviour and contribute to a nurturing, inclusive classroom environmentProvide additional assistance to pupils with special educational needs (SEN) as requiredBuild strong relationships with pupils and staff to support a smooth learning experienceRequirements:Previous experience working with children in a school setting (preferred but not essential)A patient, caring, and adaptable approach to supporting young learnersStrong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a teamA good understanding of the primary curriculum is beneficialAn Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to obtain one)Availability ideally five days per weekWhy Join Us:Flexible work to suit your ..... full job details .....
