The Role

Remedy Education is currently seeking enthusiastic, reliable and dedicated Teaching Assistants to join schools across South East London. This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals who are passionate about education and want to make a real difference in children''s learning and development.

We are looking for proactive individuals who can support teachers in delivering engaging lessons, help pupils reach their full potential and contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Supporting the class teacher with day-to-day classroom activities.

• Providing one-to-one and small-group support to pupils.

• Helping pupils develop their academic, social and emotional skills.

• Supporting classroom behaviour and maintaining a positive learning environment.

• Preparing learning resources and assisting with lesson activities.

• Ensuring pupils feel safe, supported and encouraged throughout the school day.

The Ideal Candidate

• Previous experience working with children or young people is desirable.

• A positive, patient and proactive attitude.

• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• The ability to build positive relationships with pupils and staff.

• A genuine passion for supporting children''s education and development.

• An enhanced DBS on the Update Service, or willingness to obtain one.
