Remedy Education is looking for enthusiastic, caring and reliable Teaching Assistants to join schools across South East London.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about education who wants to support pupils in the classroom, encourage their development and help them reach their full potential.

The Role

• Support the class teacher with daily lessons and classroom activities.

• Provide one-to-one and small-group support where required.

• Help pupils stay engaged, understand tasks and make progress with their learning.

• Assist with preparing classroom resources and learning materials.

• Encourage positive behaviour and maintain a safe, inclusive learning environment.

• Support pupils'' confidence, independence and social development.

The Ideal Candidate

• Have previous experience working with children, ideally in a school setting.

• Be patient, proactive and enthusiastic about supporting pupils.

• Have strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Be confident adapting support to meet different learning needs.

• Be reliable, flexible and committed to safeguarding.
