This Teaching Assistant position can be part or full time and will be long term with scope to go permanent. Responsibilities for this Teaching Assistant post will include but not be limited to: Supporting SEN and LAP students in group or whole class intervention sessionsWorking with the teachers to ensure each student''s learning needs are identified Attending to students'' social, emotional and personal needs when requiredSupporting behaviour management and using appropriate strategies in line with academy policyUndertaking learning activities/teaching programmes when needed The rates of pay for this Teaching Assistant role will be between 85.50 and 116.55 a day, depending on the qualifications and experiences of each applicant.
