Choose the days that suit you and gain experience in a range of welcoming settings, from EYFS through to Key Stage 2. What you''ll do Support pupils during lessons, group activities and classroom routines. Help teachers deliver engaging learning and keep children focused. Provide one-to-one or small-group support where needed, including for pupils with SEND. Encourage positive behaviour, confidence and independence. Follow each school''s safeguarding procedures and work closely with staff. What we''re looking for Experience supporting children in a primary school, nursery or similar setting. A calm, flexible approach and clear communication. A genuine interest in helping children learn and feel included.
