Role: Teaching Assistant Location: M20, Manchester Hours: Full-time, Monday to Friday Pay: 14.25 TO 16.65 per hour Start Date: ASAP Contract: Long-term, ongoing (with potential to become permanent)Reeson Education is seeking a resilient, flexible, and compassionate Teaching Assistant to join a busy and supportive Primary PRU in the M20 area. This is a full-time, long-term opportunity for a Teaching Assistant who is dedicated to making a difference in the lives of children with a wide range of complex needs.As a Teaching Assistant in this Primary PRU, you will be working with pupils who present with a variety of needs including ASD, ADHD, SEMH, behavioural challenges, trauma, SLD, and other additional learning requirements. The setting is looking for a committed Teaching Assistant who can adapt to different situations, remain calm under pressure, and build strong, trusting relationships with pupils.Teaching Assistant Key Responsibilities:Provide 1:1 and small group support as a Teaching Assistant across all year groups.Assist in delivering tailored interventions to meet pupils'' social, emotional, and academic needs.Support pupils with behavioural challenges using de-escalation and positive reinforcement strategies.Help pupils engage with learning in a safe and structured environment as a Teaching Assistant.Collaborate with teachers and support staff to develop and implement individualised learning plans.Provide consistent encouragement and build positive relationships ..... full job details .....
