This is a fantastic opportunity to secure a permanent position within a supportive and well-established school from September.The school is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teaching Assistant to support teaching and learning across Years 3 and 4, helping pupils to develop academically, socially, and emotionally as they progress through Lower Key Stage 2.The RoleAs a Year 3/4 Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with class teachers and the wider Key Stage 2 team to support pupils in the classroom and through targeted interventions.Key ResponsibilitiesSupport the delivery of engaging and inclusive lessons.Work with individual pupils and small groups to reinforce learning.Deliver literacy and numeracy interventions.Support pupils with varying educational needs and abilities.Prepare and organise classroom resources.Promote positive behaviour and engagement in learning.Assist in tracking pupil progress and providing feedback to teaching staff.Contribute to a positive, safe, and stimulating learning environment.Support pupils'' social, emotional, and academic development.The Ideal CandidateThe ..... full job details .....
