This full-time, long-term role involves working closely with secondary-aged students who require extra tailored support to thrive academically and socially. For the right candidate, this position offers a clear pathway to a permanent contract.Whether your background is directly in schools, or you have strong transferable experience mentoring youth or working in care, your skills are highly valued here.Your Role and Responsibilities:Deliver tailored 1:1 and small group interventions for students with special educational needs (such as ASD, ADHD, SEMH, and learning difficulties).Assist classroom teachers in adapting lesson materials to ensure all students can access the curriculum.Support the social, emotional, and behavioural development of pupils, helping them build independent learning skills.Collaborate closely with the school SENDCo to track progress and implement individual education plans.Who We Are Looking For:To be considered for this role, you must have prior experience working with children, young people, or vulnerable individuals.
