We are currently recruiting a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join a supportive primary school community in Bristol, starting in September 2026. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced practitioners, aspiring educators, or those with a background in youth work to make a meaningful impact on pupil development. Responsibilities Collaborate with teaching staff to deliver structured literacy and numeracy activities. Facilitate targeted intervention through small group sessions and 1:1 support for pupils requiring additional guidance. Promote an inclusive classroom culture by building encouraging, professional relationships with students. Assist in the preparation of learning resources and classroom environments to ensure readiness for the school day. Qualifications Prior experience supporting children, youth groups, or vulnerable individuals in either a voluntary or professional capacity. Strong communication skills, empathy, and a high level of professional energy. Demonstrated flexibility in addressing diverse learning styles and emotional needs. Possession of an Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or a readiness to initiate the application process). Full eligibility to work in the United Kingdom.
