• Teaching Assistant - Previous experience supporting pupils with behavioural or additional needs required
• Teaching Assistant - Experience working in a PRU, alternative provision or secondary school desirable
• Teaching Assistant - Must be confident supporting behaviour management and learning
• Teaching Assistant - Required full time ASAP

The Role - Teaching Assistant
Seeking a resilient and proactive Teaching Assistant to support pupils aged 11-16 within a specialist PRU setting. You will work closely with teachers and pastoral staff to provide 1:1 and small-group support for students who require additional academic, behavioural and emotional support. The role involves helping pupils access the curriculum, implementing behaviour management strategies, promoting emotional regulation and encouraging positive engagement with learning. You will play a key role in creating a safe, structured and supportive environment where pupils can rebuild confidence and achieve positive outcomes.
