The Role - Teaching Assistant

I am recruiting for a Teaching Assistant to work in an SEN school in Barking. You will support pupils on a 1:1 and small-group basis, helping them engage with lessons and make progress academically, socially and emotionally. You will work closely with the class teacher, support pupils with their individual needs and help manage challenging behaviour using positive strategies.
