The Role As a Teaching Assistant, you will: Support pupils in the classroom on a one-to-one basis and in small groups. Work alongside the class teacher to deliver engaging learning activities. Support pupils with their academic, social and emotional development. Help create a positive, inclusive and safe learning environment. Encourage positive behaviour and support pupil progress throughout the school day. Requirements To be considered for this Teaching Assistant role, you should have: Previous experience working with children in a school, childcare or educational setting.
