About the Role As an SEN Teaching Assistant, you will play an important role in supporting pupils to access learning, develop confidence and achieve their potential. Your responsibilities may include: Providing 1:1 and small-group support. Supporting pupils with SEND, Autism, ADHD and additional learning needs. Assisting pupils with classroom activities and learning. Supporting emotional wellbeing and positive behaviour. Adapting activities and resources to meet individual needs. Encouraging communication, independence and confidence. Building positive relationships with pupils. Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and other support staff. Creating a safe, inclusive and supportive learning environment. What We''re Looking For We''re keen to hear from candidates who: Have at least 6 months of UK experience in a Teaching Assistant, SEN or relevant support role.
