Protocol Education is working with a welcoming primary school in the BS16 area to recruit a compassionate and resilient 1:1 SEN Support Assistant for an ASAP start.  This rewarding role involves supporting one pupil with additional needs on a one-to-one basis, helping them access learning, build confidence and navigate the school day successfully. You'll become a trusted adult figure, working closely with the class teacher, SENCO and wider support team to provide tailored support that enables the pupil to thrive both academically and emotionally.
