Job Title: Psychology Graduate SEND Teaching Assistant (TA/LSA) Location: Sheffield, Rotherham, and Barnsley Salary: £92.63 £100 per day (Depending of expirence) PAYE Contract: Full-time, Long-Term Start Date: ASAP Calling all Psychology grads Ready to put that degree to good use? You ll be working as a Teaching Assistant or Learning Support Assistant in a specialist or mainstream school, supporting children with additional needs autism, ADHD, SEMH, and more. What your day might look like: Supporting pupils 1:1 or in small groups Helping children with social, emotional or sensory needs access learning Working closely with teachers, SENCOs and therapists Bringing calm, confidence and kindness to every challenge Who we re looking for: Psychology graduates (or final year students!) with a real interest in SEND and child development People who are patient, proactive, and genuinely care Bonus points if you ve volunteered, mentored, or worked in youth settings before Why this role?
